"Bird's Nest" - in progress

12"x12" oil on canvas

It's almost done!! I like how I've toned the blue down. Today I'm using a pallette knife to soften the top portion as I don't like the square shapes. It already looks different then this. I'll post, hopefully, the finished piece tomorrow.

    Thanks for your comment. I have enjoyed showing my process and hope to do it again. I actually need to take a new pic of this as it has changed and I feel that it's finally finished. Happy New Year!!
