These pine cones were given to me from my best friend. She owns an antique shop in Massachusetts and came across these and thought she'd send them back to California. The tag that came with them is dated July 29, 1931. I'm sure it is illegal to take these now a days. It was fun to paint the cones, they have an interesting texture to them.

Cones from Giant Sequoia
