Family Photos - Adirondacks 2008
Matthew hugging his Mom
Megan with Dad; not so little anymore
I can't believe it's already March. It won't be long before we're back to the Adirondacks for our annual summer trip visiting family and friends. I so enjoy the mountain air, especially after a summer thunderstorm! My husband grew up on 4th Lake in Old Forge, NY. It's hard to believe that I've been visiting this place for 20 years. It doesn't seem like that amount of time has passed. The kids' will have so many great memories to cherish as they grow older. I hope that one day that they can enjoy this wonderful place with their families.

"Chelsea"
8"x6" oil on canvas panel - SOLD
This is a commission I just finished for my neighbor. Chelsea is an Australian Shephard. She's a beautiful dog! I really enjoyed painting this, as this painting literally flowed off my paint brush. I wish they all would do that. I have a little bit more tweaking to do, like adding a few more fine hairs around the muzzle.
